Standardized dust-free workshop: The factory covers an area of ​​5000m, with a clean dust-free workshop, 5 automated production lines, a daily output of 15 tons, equipped with cutting and punching machines and other equipment. There are more than ten technicians with more than 20 years of experience, who regularly participate in technical training every year.

Needle-punched cotton processing: Needle-punched non-woven fabrics are made of polycool, polyester, and polypropylene raw materials. After opening, combing, and laying into a fiber net, the fiber net is reinforced into cloth through a needle. The needle has hooks and barbs, and the fiber net is repeatedly punctured. The hooks and fibers are reinforced to form needle-punched non-woven fabrics.

Environmentally friendly raw materials are used in the production of non-woven fabrics to ensure the environmental friendliness and sustainability of the products. Our standing raw material inventory is 100 tons to meet customer needs. These raw materials have been strictly screened and tested to ensure the quality and environmental protection requirements of the products.

The company has passed ISO9001 certification since 2019. We continue to optimize and improve the quality system, strictly control from raw material procurement, and production process control to finished products, and have professional testing equipment to ensure that each batch of goods meets customer standards.
